No. Brands cover product, freight, and support. No membership fees or hidden charges.

Eligibility & Verification

Yes. We verify your 501(c)(3) status and distribution capacity during onboarding. Not sure you qualify? Book a call and we'll check together.
You'll go through our SimpliSecure vetting process. Once verified, you get full platform access and can start receiving products.
We'll let you know your application wasn't approved. For questions on eligibility, email nicole@simpli.supply.

Logistics & Operations

Yes. You need a distribution center where pallets can be delivered and distributed.
Room for at least one pallet, about 4x4x4 ft. There's no minimum order, so you decide how much to take.
Not currently. One pallet is the minimum shipment size.
You're never obligated. Every match is an offer you can accept or decline, no questions asked.
Yes. You control volume and timing. No minimums, no monthly commitments, no penalties. To pause, stop accepting shipments and let us know so we can reroute inventory. Reactivate anytime.
We deliver within the US. For international programs, we can arrange port delivery: talk to us about your logistics.

Onboarding takes about 15 minutes. Once verified, MissionMatch™ finds the best fit for your location and capacity.
Yes. You can invite multiple team members, each with their own login.
You'll get a “New Donation Opportunity” email whenever an allocation matches your profile. Keep your profile complete to stay eligible.

Commitments & Terms

Just one rule: no reselling. All goods go directly to the people you serve. Verification is one-time. No minimums, no monthly commitments, no penalties.
